About Blue Mountain Community College
Blue Mountain Community College (BMCC) is a two year Oregon public institution of higher education. BMCC serves, through five learning facilities, the Small Business Development Center and Skill Centers in a school district that comprises Umatilla, Morrow & Baker Counties. BMCC also serves the counties of Wallowa, Union & Grant through Contracts Out-of-District (COD) as well as providing services to the Powder River, Two Rivers and Eastern Oregon correctional facilities.
