About Calhoun Community College
With approximately 8400 students, Calhoun Community College is the largest two-year college in the state of Alabama. Offering close to 100 associate degree and certificate programs, Calhoun serves students at its Decatur campus, extension sites in Huntsville's Cummings Research Park, Redstone Arsenal, and the Limestone Correctional Facility.
For over 50 years, the college has successfully met the educational and training demands of a highly diverse population. A member of the Alabama College System, Calhoun is accredited by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools.
