You will not receive the software license for this course. You are responsible for providing your own software.

This program is compatible with the Windows XP and later operating systems and IE 7 and later browsers. Before enrolling in this program, you should ensure that your computer meets the following requirements:

  • Hard-disk drive available space: 10 Gigs

It's also recommended, but not required, that you have Adobe Photoshop installed on your machine when you're taking this program.

Prerequisites

If you want to work as a game artist or animator, then this is a great program for you. By successfully completing this program, you'll earn a certificate from the school you enrolled with, demonstrating your commitment and acknowledging your desire to work with and to learn multiple technologies. The certification clearly demonstrates that you’re a technical leader with the ability to successfully implement video game design solutions.

Basic knowledge about navigating the Internet and using a PC are required, as is rudimentary knowledge of Microsoft™ Word (or compatible) software. You should also be comfortable moving through the Microsoft™ Windows desktop environment. Some experience with Photoshop™ would also be beneficial but is not required.
