About The Instructor

Kalena Jordan was one of the first search engine optimization experts in Australia and New Zealand. She's well known and respected in the search engine industry, particularly in the U.S. Kalena has been marketing client web sites online since 1996 and blogging about search since 2002.

In 2004, Kalena began teaching Search Engine Optimization and other Search Engine Marketing subjects online via her company Search Engine College. She now has students in more than 50 countries worldwide. In addition to being Co-Founder of Search Engine College, Kalena is Director of Studies and a tutor for all SEO and PPC programs.

In addition to presenting at various marketing conferences and training events, Kalena writes a regular column for SiteProNews.com, as well as an *agony aunt* style search engine advice blog called Ask Kalena. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Newcastle and describes herself as a Twitter power user.

Karon Thackston is owner of Marketing Words, Inc., a full-service copywriting company specializing in search engine copywriting. Karon is author and publisher of three e-books, including the popular Step-by-Step Copywriting Course, an e-course designed to teach sound and highly effective copywriting techniques, including search engine copywriting techniques.

Kim Krause-Berg Hired by such companies as Unisys and Verticalnet, Kim has worked as a User Interface Engineer and eventually moved into the Quality Assurance Software Testing field, where it was her job to test and develop the methodology for in-house web site usability. During the dot-com crash of 2001, Kim was laid off and within 6 hours was hired by a company seeking a sub-contractor to test and project manage their proprietary Internet application for a large firm.

This allowed her to expand Cre8pc.com services and work from a home office full-time. In August 2002 the Cre8asiteForums were born and quickly became one of the leading web design forums on the Internet and the first to begin spreading the importance of web site usability.

In her new role at Internet Marketing Ninjas, Kim is focused mainly on usability and user interface web site testing of client sites using the cognitive walkthrough and heuristic evaluation methodologies.

Kim’s articles have been published in HighRankings Advisor, Search Engine Guide and ISEDB.com.

She’s a contributing author for Successful-Sites and the Search Engine Roundtable and remains a dedicated member of The Creative Enterprises Network, an online merchants’ association made up of owners of small or home-based businesses.

Micky Stuivenberg is an international SEO and web-site copywriting professional. Having worked and lived in Europe, Singapore, Hong Kong and the US, Micky currently lives in Australia.
