As you are lead step by step though your enrollment please complete the Orientation step which is found after the order confirmation details in step four. With out completing all five steps you are not official enrolled.
Refund Policy:
A student who officially withdraws (in writing) from any class prior to the first class meeting shall be eligible for a 100 percent registration and insurance refund.
After the respective class begins, a 75 percent registration refund shall be made upon the written request of the student. The student must request this refund prior to or on the 10 percent point of the scheduled hours of the class
