"The Carbon County Higher Education Center is a BOCHES (Board of Cooperative Higher Education Services) formed by the Carbon County School District #1, and Western Wyoming Community College to offer college credit classes, non-credit classes, community education, and customized training for the residents of South-Central Wyoming."
