Our steering committees advise and support each program with present-day skill requirements, employment opportunities, and future outlook. Each steering committee educates program staff and management on new technologies in the field and assists FCTC in specifications for equipment procurement ensuring the best possible training platforms. FCTC faculty are dedicated and well qualified in their respective fields to provide quality, inspirational education. During staff / faculty development training each FCTC team member is provided interactive enrichment in classroom functionality to increase instructor / student performance.
