HOW TO GET STARTED: 3 EASY STEPS!

Pay Online, and Fax the HCC CE Enrollment Form following these 3 Easy Steps!:


Step 1: Pre-Register & PAY ONLINE at the course site.

Step2: Download the HCCS Continuing Education (CE) Enrollment Form which is available on our web site: http://www.hccs.edu/hcc/System%20Home/Departments/Continuing_Education/Paula/PDF/CE_ENROLLMENT_FORM06.pdf

Step 3: Complete, sign and fax the signed HCC CE Enrollment form to 713-718-5120.

It is that simple! We take care of the rest!

WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND POLICY:

For continuing education courses fewer than 360 contract hours, full refund will be made if a student withdraws prior to the first class date, or in the case of college error.
You will not be allowed to transfer to another month to complete a course. You will need to ask for the extension if you fall behind.
Refunds are processed as soon as possible. They are generally mailed four to six weeks following the last day to apply for a refund.

REGISTRATION Process Options:

If you do not pay through the secure online site, and prefer to do it via fax, include information on your HCC CE Enrollment form when faxing the form to us. Then, e-mail veronica.mendiola@hccs.edu or Mayra Aviles and/or call her at 713-718-5149 to pay with a Visa or MasterCard (include card number and expiration date on the HCCS CE Enrollment Form).



ONLINE COURSE ORIENTATION

After registering with HCC using the CE Enrollment Form, you will need to complete the "orientation" for your course online. You will choose a username and password (if you already set up a "student account" you shouldn't have to do this again). Visit www.ed2go.com/hccs and click the link marked Orientation.

COMPLETE YOUR COURSE:
You will be able to start your course(s) as soon as the start date you chose arrives. You must take all the quizzes. Upon satisfactory completion of the course, you may print a letter of completion
