The IndVA was created through a Lilly Endowment Inc. CAPE grant to provide opportunities to students in Ripley County. As a result of an IRDC grant, the IndVA in partnership with the Adult Ed. Dept. at the Southeastern Career Center has added these online non-credit workforce development/enrichment courses to it's catalog for anyone in Indiana.
