Keystone Community Education Council serves the workforce development needs of Clarion, Crawford, and Venango Counties. The Council acts as a non-biased clearinghouse and referral resource for all local education providers, as a broker of their efforts. The Council identifies and brokers educational and training options that are needed but currently not available in the counties that are served.
