As a member of the North Carolina Community College System, the mission of Roanoke-Chowan Community College is to provide educational opportunities for all constituent individuals and groups commensurate with their needs, interests, and abilities, These educational oppportunities are designed to minimize barriers to post-secondary education and to enhance the quality of life for individuals and groups seeking to improve their lives and well being.
