After using Word for a number of years I expected the introduction course to offer very little in the ways of new information. I was pleasantly surprised, however, when I not only came away with far more knowledge than I entered with, but also discovered quicker methods to achieve a desired result.

I enjoyed taking this course on Microsoft Word. The lessons were clear and easy to understand. I like the convenience of the on-line instruction. This course helped to update my job skills.

I enjoyed the instructors' style of teaching. I needed this course to help me learn Word and not struggle any more. Many of us simply don't have the time to sit in a classroom so this forum (online) for me was the only answer. It met and exceeded my expectations. I will be signing up for more classes.

I enjoyed this very much. I have already started on the next level. I wish I had started taking these courses earlier in the year. I have a new job and the knowledge would have made my adjustment easier.

I found this class very helpful!! Some of my friends thought they could teach me everything - but no way. There is a lot to cover and it was presented in a way you could follow along and understand everything completely. It was worth my time!! Keep up the good work!!

I had read the enthusiastic comments by former students and was impressed and curious, so I registered for the class. The price also attracted me! I was very pleased with the class materials, the instructor, and the whole set-up of the class. Online learning is convenient and painless. You don't have to worry about asking a "stupid" question, because nobody knows you! Lessons are divided into manageable chunks, and are well-organized. I learned a lot, and highly recommend this class.

I really had a lot of fun taking this on-line course, it is my first! I did not know a single thing before I started this course about microsoft word, so the teacher must be good! I am one of those people who had electric typewriters in high school, and never took a computer course before, so I am feeling pretty good.

I thoroughly enjoyed the course. I found it interesting and easy to follow. I especially liked the convenience of taking it online at home. I have learned so much and by printing every lesson I now have a reference book to help me if I have any problems in the future. Thank you very much, I look forward to taking other online courses.
