This was the first time I ever took an online class and found it very informative and very easy to follow. I was concerned that the class might not hold my interest since it was not in person, but this may be the start of something new. Since I had such a pleasant experience, I intend on taking future Microsoft classes to further my executive assistant career and hope that they are as user friendly as this class was. This was an excellent course. I am coming away with two really strong PowerPoint presentations that I will use this Fall. The course was specifically useful to educators and Tracy's step-by-step instructions were exceptionally clear. I found the course challenging and very valuable…Tracy answered my questions quickly -- meaning she checks all of the "active" lessons every day for questions. Since technology is not my strong suit I was a little worried about this course, but I found that the instructions were always very clear. I especially appreciate the step-by-step directions for everything. I was able to complete several nice presentations that I will be able to use in my Spanish classes, and I'm looking forward to working on some new projects this summer.
