About Gates Chili Central School District
The Gates Chili School District is located about 10 minutes west of downtown Rochester, NY, covering 26 square miles of suburban Rochester populated by approximately 35,000 people. The District operates seven schools: five elementary buildings housing grades K-5, a Middle School with grades 6-8 and a High School for students in grades 9-12. Enrollment in all schools is approximately 5,316. The Continuing Education department of the District offers over 200 continuing/community education courses in each of its four annual sessions in a wide variety of areas of adult education, literacy, computer training, financial management, personal development, home and garden, athletic, swimming, art, language, music and driving. The Gates Chili Continuing Education program is self-supporting. Fees are planned to provide a quality program at an affordable cost.
