I enjoyed the perspectives on executing projects at e-speed. There were several concepts presented that I plan to incorporate into my own style of project management.

I feel I got much more out of this course than I expected. I find it has changed the way I think about projects of all kinds, work related or otherwise. I have a good bit of project management experience, but this has given some structure to my experience and will help to maintain the proper focus in the future.

I have taken 1-3 day seminars and classes, but I don't think I learned as much in those multiple sessions combined as I did in this class. Thanks!

I liked the course because it was taught from years of experience which gave an indepth perspective 'from inside the trenches'. That is exactly what I needed.

I thought the instructor had excellent real life, practical information and knowledge to share. The content was pertinent, consise and on point. I especially valued the way the information was presented in the form of a logical progression of "step-by-step" things to do as your project progresses. I leave the course with a useful tool to structure a project. I also found the supplemental websites to be great resources.

This is a course that covers the whole project management process in reasonable detail and offers an excellent summary and brushes up on techniques and tools. I can highly recommend this course to even the most experienced project managers.

This is an excellent course. I have taken several courses in Project Management but this is the first that addresses risk assessment. I have learned a lot while taking this course and have already implemented some of the techniques I have learned in my current project. My team has commented that they like these new changes.
