About Hillyard Technical Center
Hillyard Technical Center, part of the St. Joseph School District, has provided technical training since 1943. The administration and staff work diligently to keep the school in tune with the "high-tech" millenium. HTC's primary goal is to provide today's training for tomorrow's workforce.
