About Midwest Collaborative for Library Services (MCLS)
Effective 2/15/10 INCOLSA merged with MLC and has formed the organization MCLS.
MCLS is a regional network providing leadership in cooperative activities for Indiana libraries.
Libraries promote economic vitality, quality of life, and lifelong learning. Through MCLS, more than 2,200 organizations in Indiana are working together to provide superior library services for the betterment of all Indiana citizens.
