Step 1: Find the Course You Want!
Step 2: Registration requires completion of a MCC Continuing Education Registration Form & Payment with the College. Late registrations for these classes are not accepted. Registrations must be received by the class start date. Click here to download a registration form! Registration is taken by fax (704.878.4271), US mail and also in person Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. until 7 p.m. at the Continuing Education Center (701 West Front Street) in Statesville. Registration must be received by noon on the course beginning date. Please call 704.878.4266 if you need any help or have any questions!
Step 3: Online Orientation (Enrolling in your Online Course) Complete the orientation for your course. You will choose a username and password (if you previously set up a "student account" you shouldn't have to do this again). Simply click on "Orientation" in the menu bar on this page.
Step 4: Complete Your Course You will be able to start your course(s) as soon as the start date you choose arrives. Courses start monthly. To earn a certificate issued by Mitchell Community College, you must submit the quiz for each lesson (12 total) and have a score of 80 or higher on the first attempt of final exam. The score earned on the first attempt of the final exam is official: subsequent exams are not accepted. Official Mitchell Community College Division of Continuing Education certificates will be mailed from the college approximately two weeks after course completion.
