About Northeast State Community College
Northeast State Technical Community College is one of 46 institutions in the Tennessee Board of Regents system. The main campus is centrally located to the cities of Bristol, Johnson City and Kingsport. The college also occupies educational facilities in Elizabethton, Gray and Kingsport.
