I really enjoyed this class. I've taken another course under this same instructor, and this is the main reason why I took this class. She is an outstanding teacher. She explains material well, gives lots of examples, and her homework assignments and quizzes are relevant to the material covered as well as the real world. Thank you!

The instructor did an excellent job providing feedback in the discussion area! The examples used throughout the lessons helped link the ideas to real world examples and gave lots of solutions to use for various problems. I love this class!!

This was a terrific course and a fabulous instructor!! I found the course to be beneficial and would highly recommend it to others. I really could have used more information about each disability, but felt that because of the length and time, this course did a remarkable job providing important information about all the disabilities. I was very pleased to have taken the course. Also, the instructor's writing was informational and engaging. Her assignments were useful. I was very impressed with how she used the discussion area. In the discussion area her responses were helpful, encouraging and supportive. She also encouraged us to use it as a discussion area and respond to other classmates. I felt as if I were part of a class and will miss participating in them.

I really liked the writing style of the instructor in this course. It was almost like she was a colleague in my building and she was giving ideas and suggestions for the classroom. I am soooo glad that this course was less about theory and more about implementation! Excellent course- would highly reccomend to others in my district!

This was an excellent course and I enjoyed learning the information that Sara presented. She has a love for the subject and it comes through to the students who are reading her lessons.

I loved this course and would highly recommend it to others. The writing is both engaging and professional. The instructor is enthusiastic, highly competent, and interested in us as students. I used this class as a refresher because I have been working as a daily substitute and felt that I needed to update my knowledge for a long-term job in a class with students with autism. This class perfectly suited my needs.

I got so much out of this course that I recommended to my principal that all general education teachers be required to take it. Inclusion is a big movement that affects us all. This course helped me understand the needs of my students in a way that other courses that I have taken have failed to do.

Loved the course! It was very helpful to have some activities that made me understand how students with certain disabilities would feel/complete school work, etc. I was able to apply what I was learning the next day in my classroom. Thank you so much!

I have been a special education teacher for 14 years and found this brief and well-organized course extremely useful. Sara Hardin does a great job of explaining and defining topics. Her strategies were well-presented, and I picked up many useful and practical ideas. I would take just about any course she taught. I am very impressed by her skills.

I recently completed the four years of education required to receive my teaching certification, but I felt there was something missing from my university experience. Although I completed two courses regarding special needs education, I still didn't feel confident about creating my own inclusive classroom. I learned more in this course than I did in my expensive university classes. So thank you very much. I appreciate the work of this instructor and the ideas behind this course. Bravo!
