He is the author of more than 15 books, including two about Outlook: How to Do Everything with Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 and How to Do Everything with Microsoft Office Outlook 2007. He has led online courses on Outlook 2000, 2002, 2003, 2007, and 2010. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Rochester.
