RCC BDC was formed as a partnership between Rogue Community College, the state of Oregon and the U.S. Small Business Administration. Our mission is to help existing and potential business persons succeed. In addition to course, we offer free-of-charge business consultation, one of the most comprehensive business libraries in the state, and are a link to other organizations
