About Robeson Community College

Robeson Community College was created in 1965 by leaders who knew that the prosperity of Robeson County and its people depended upon opportunties for people to qualify for jobs in the changing modern workforce. That's why RCC is here-to help you be the most productive person you can be. If you want to earn a degree or diploma in a program of study or if you want to take a few classes to learn a specific skill that will help you get a promotion or a better job we are here to help you do that. If you want to enrich your life by learning something you just always wanted to know, we can help you do that, too. MISSION STATEMENT Robeson Community College is a comprehensive, open-door two-year public institution of higher learning with a mission to enhance the lifelong educational opportunties for adults appropriate to their needs, interests, and abilities. Additionally, the College seeks to strengthen the diverse social, economic, and cultural opportunities for the citizens of Robeson County and surrounding region. The College achieves its mission through a commitment to quality programs and services that permit students to pursue their educational goals in a student-centered environment.
