The San Bernardino Community College District Professional Development Center offers affordable not-for-credit professional development courses, including classroom and online programs to the general public. The Professional Development Center also offers customized training to local businesses and hosts the Center for Business Excellence which provides management consulting, assessment and training services to businesses.
