About Seward County Community College
SCCC/ATS is a 2-year public community college located in Liberal, Kansas, on the southern edge of Seward County. SCCC is a comprehensive open-door community college which focuses on people and opportunity. The College offers courses, certificates, and associate degrees in academic and occupational studies, continuing education classes, workshops, seminars, adult basic education, and various specialized classes to respond to the needs of individuals, business, and industry.
