About Saint Joseph's University

In 2015, Saint Joseph's University celebrated its 100th year of having a rich tradition addressing the educational needs of adult students. The Professional and Liberal Studies division within the College of Arts and Sciences, serves adult and part-time students who want to continue their studies through undergraduate evening and online degree programs, accelerated degree programs, and Post-Baccalaureate Certificates. PLS students are taught to be critical thinkers, skilled creators, and innovators within the personal and professional lives. SJU, Philadelphia's Jesuit University, is one of 28 Jesuit Colleges and Universities in the United States committed to the Ignatian ideals of a love of life-long learning and service to others.
