Tulsa Tech's refund policy: To cancel and receive a refund of tuition or to transfer to another class, you must notfiy us prior to the beginning of class. If you reach voicemail, pleae leave a detailed message. Only one transfer per school term for each class registration is permitted. All transfers to another class are subject to changes in tuition rates.
