Basic computer literacy and skills, as well as some experience with Microsoft Access 2007. Successful completion of Introduction Microsoft Access 2007 is strongly recommended, even if you are familiar with Access 2003 or earlier versions of Access.

Software requirements include Microsoft Office Access 2007 (Amazon ASIN B000HCVR12). Software must be installed and fully operational before the course begins. Microsoft Windows XP or Windows Vista. Internet access, e-mail, the Microsoft Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox Web browser, and the Adobe Flash and PDF plug-ins (two free and simple downloads you obtain at http://www.adobe.com/downloads by clicking Get Adobe Flash Player and Get Adobe Reader). Note: This course is not suitable for Macintosh users.
