This campus is one of 13 in the two year UW College system. 500 to 600 freshman and sophomore level students start their university education here and then transfer to a four year institution for their bachelor's degree. This campus combines the advantages of a small liberal arts college with the high standards and reputation of the University of Wisconsin. UW - Marshfield/Wood County offers an Evening Degree Program for non-traditional students and a Collaborative Degree Program with the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point. Located exactly in the middle of Wisconsin, Marshfield is the location of the nationally know Marshfield (medical) Clinic. Our community expects high quality, non-credit skill-building and personal enhancement programming. The continuing education office coordinates over 140 courses each year targeted toward our widely talented community members.
