has a doctorate in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology, and is well-grounded in the
theory of human behavior at work. In addition, she has held management positions in three

and is currently involved in projects such as strategic planning, personality assessments,
and helping organizations through executive transitions.
She builds executive, management and work teams through personality assessment and
alignment with the characteristics of high-performing teams. She also provides workshops
in areas such as conflict resolution, stress management, and project planning.
She has worked with such diverse clients as AirTouch Cellular, National Legal Aid and
Defender Association, and ANA Hotels. She is on the adjunct staff of the Center for
Creative Leadership in San Diego, where she provides intensive one-on-one feedback and
coaching to executives.

Student Reviews:
"Great class! Thank you." -Raymond (Mar 1999)
"This format is very good for people like myself. Due to work and family
commitments this format was a perfect blend for me. The work load was sufficient that you
could do 2 lessons in one sitting, and still be able to keep up. Thank you for this
format!!" -Mike (Mar 1999)
