This was an excellent class. I have worked with the elderly for several years and it is a VERY rewarding job.
After taking this course, I will have a better understanding of the aging process in older adults. I will take more time to truly listen and hear what they have to say.
This course has provided me with a better understanding of the physiological and psychological needs of seniors. This helps me be more aware of the needs of my students in my Tai Chi classes.
Thank you for providing this course. I will be looking on your website for more courses that will assist me in nursing.
Thank you for the time, energy and effort that you expended to prepare and present this material. I think adding the chapter on sexual needs was important to do.
This was an excellent course and I look forward to enrolling in a yoga and/or meditation course and using some of the information and knowledge I gained from this course. Thank you.
This is the second course I have taken by these instructors and I am still extremely pleased with their knowledge and professionalism. Thank you until the next time.
I work for the City of Calabasas and we are getting ready to open our Senior Center in about 18 months and I needed to get greater knowledge, which this program provided.
I am 78 years and a retired RN. I found this course to be very interesting. I am not taking care of anyone but my husband and myself at this time. I am getting ready to look through the catalog for another course now. This is my 18th course since May 2012.
I am pleased to learn this information. At the moment, I am a caregiver for my 91-year-old mother and her 89-year-old husband. This course has given me insights that will help with this, as well as a personal need to start taking better care of myself now, and how to do it. The information was relevant and interesting. Thank you!
