He is the author of numerous books, including "How to Do Everything with Microsoft Office Outlook 2003" and "How to Do Everything with Microsoft Office Outlook 2007." He has led online courses on Outlook 2000, 2002, 2003, 2007, and 2010. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Rochester.
