Elisabeth Swan is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt with over 20 years of experience consulting for organizations like Amazon, Charles Schwab, Burt's Bees, Microsoft, and Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide. Swan is an accomplished consultant, designer, and executive coach with expertise in training, process-based organization design, problem-solving, and change management. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Barnard College.

You may be assigned with an instructor or team of industry experts for one-on-one course interaction. This course is non-credit, so it does not qualify for federal aid, FAFSA and Pell Grant. You are allowed 3 revisions of your project, where you are provided feedback by a Master Black Belt. If you fail to pass after 3 revisions, there will be a fee of $300 to submit another revision.

For the greatest possibility of success with this course, it is highly recommended that you complete the project at your current place of employment in order to gather the necessary data in real time.
