For project managers, staying up-to-date on the latest project management techniques is key to consistently delivering meaningful results. This Project Management Professional (PMP)® training course will expand your skillset and prepare you for certification. The Microsoft Project 2019 software is included with enrollment.

You will be trained in a number of key areas, including forecasting, risk management, project recovery, and resource allocation. You will also learn how to use Microsoft Project 2019 for tracking and reporting needs. By course completion, you will be able to apply these project management tools to your next project. This course also meets the educational requirements for Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification, so you will be fully prepared for the exam.

In order to sit for the PMP Certification exam, you need to meet one of the following sets of requirements:

  • A four-year degree
  • 36 months of leading projects
  • 35 hours of project management education/training or CAPM® Certification
    — OR —
  • A high school diploma or an associate degree (or global equivalent)
  • 60 months of leading projects
  • 35 hours of project management education/training or CAPM® Certification

She is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and very active in the project management community. She has worked in a variety of industries, including Information Technology, Insurance, Manufacturing, Marketing, Aerospace, Construction, and Telecommunications. She has worked with Microsoft Project for over 10 years.

You should have at least two years experience managing projects or complete the Essentials of Project Management course.

This course will also prepare you for the PMP Certification Exam. Student who wish to take the PMP Certification exam will need to meet one of the following sets of requirements to take the exam:

  • This course must be taken on a PC. Macs are not compatible.

Software Requirements:

  • PC: Windows 10 or later.

  • Microsoft 365 (not included in enrollment)
