A successful learner will have general familiarity with business English proficiency. To apply for the MSP Foundation Level Exam, there are no prerequisites. To apply for the MSP Practitioner Level Exam, candidates must pass the Foundation-level exam to be eligible for the Practitioner examination.
This program can be taken from either a Mac or a PC. It is compatible with the Windows XP, MAC OS X 10.4 or later operating systems, Firefox, Chrome, or IE 7 and later browsers. There are no specific computer requirements other than 512MB of RAM (we recommend 1GB or more), an Internet connection and e-mail account.
Upon successful completion of the program, you will be awarded a certificate of completion.

In order to take our online programs, you must have access to a computer and the Internet. You can access the program contents from any Web-enabled computer. You don’t have to use the same computer to log-in to the program every time.
