Week 1

Discover the answers to four very important questions that impact the success of your relationships with others. Then, learn to see things from others' viewpoints based on their needs, values, beliefs, experiences, skills, knowledge, and self-interests.

Week 2

Identify four types of hostile people and learn how to analyze your own interactions. Read the identifying characteristics of others and choose appropriate reactions to hostile behaviors. Then, learn appropriate options for interacting well with thinkers and sensors.

Week 3

Learn and practice appropriate options for dealing effectively with aggressive intuitors. Then, learn ways to effectively handle the difficult subcategories of relaters. Learn to quickly recognize each group and how to improve your interactions with them.

Week 4

Learn to value relationships with others as well as personal and professional success by identifying whose difficult person you may be. Then, work toward improving your own flexibility skills of confidence, tolerance, empathy, positivity, and respect.

Week 5

Learn a set of essential characteristics for relating well with others. Review techniques and processes by which you may improve and apply your own versatility skills. Then, learn how to demonstrate and communicate to others through assertive actions and language to ensure your needs are met.

Week 6

Learn and practice assertive-communication techniques that are simple, yet powerful. Discover how to effectively use your voice and language to improve difficult relationships. Then, learn assertive listening skills that will be crucial to your relational success.

When can I get started?

A new session of each course opens each month, allowing you to enroll whenever your busy schedule permits!

How does it work?

Once a session starts, two lessons will be released each week, for the six-week duration of your course. You will have access to all previously released lessons until the course ends.

How long do I have to complete each lesson?

The interactive discussion area for each lesson automatically closes 2 weeks after each lesson is released, so you’re encouraged to complete each lesson within two weeks of its release.

What if I need an extension?

The Final Exam will be released on the same day as the last lesson. Once the Final Exam has been released, you will have 2 weeks plus 10 days to complete the Final and finish any remaining lessons in your course. No further extensions can be provided beyond these 10 days.
