Review the math subjects that will be used on the job. This course will cover three sections of mathematics, and the formulas will become more advanced as you go.
Dive in to Applied Physics and learn everything you need to know to successfully work in natural gas plant operations as it pertains to science.
Cover best practices for electrical safety, including electricity needs for operators and technicians. You'll also learn about heat exchangers, lubrication and bearings, industrial valves, and compressed air.
Understand fundamental processes that you'll apply on the job. Learn about basic process instrumentation and control, how to read process drawings, pump fundamentals, and how to operate centrifugal pumps.
Receive an introduction to refining petroleum and distillation technology. Continue on to cover the basics of natural gas and drilling, and finally, you'll finish the course by learning about additional gas plant operations.
