Retail Customer Service Skills Training Requirements / Prerequisites

There are no prerequisites for this program.

This program can be taken on a PC or a Mac. You will need Internet access and email capability.

For Windows users, you will need to have Windows XP, Vista, 7, or greater. For Mac users, you will need to have Mac OSX version 10.5 or greater. You will need to use Internet Explorer version 6 or later, Firefox version 10 or later, Apple Safari 5.0.3 or later, or Google Chrome version 0.11.257.201 (including 11.0.696.57 update) or later. You will also need to enable JavaScript in your browser options.
