Candidates need to have an ITIL Foundation certificate in order to enroll to the ITIL Expert training.


Hardware Requirements: 

  • This program can be taken on either a PC or Mac device.
  • A reliable Internet connection of at least 1 Mbps – to view video tutorials.
  • Headphones or speakers connected to your computer – to listen to video tutorials.
  • Any web cam with a minimum of 640×480 video pixel resolution – including both external and built-in web cams.
  • A microphone connected to your computer.

Software Requirements: 

  • Windows XP and later operating systems and the latest version of Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, or Safari browsers. (Although Firefox or Chrome is preferred). Software must be installed and fully operational before the course begins.
  • Authority to install software on your computer.

Can I register for programs if I am an international student?

If after a concerted effort, you are still unable to complete your program on time, your Student Advisor will help you work out a suitable completion date.
