In partnership with Model Teaching, an industry leader in supporting educators, this Quick Course will teach you how to analyze common testing behaviors in students. Model Teaching's Mission is to Improve student performance by directly supporting teachers with quality content and resources. You will then learn methods for tracking and supporting student behaviors and how to teach an answer justification process to assist students in selecting the correct answer choices on assessments.
This teacher professional development course will provide you with an exploration of common testing behaviors most students should exhibit when appropriately interacting with an assessment. The course will guide you on how to support students who do not exhibit some of these testing behaviors so that you can teach specific behavior management strategies to improve their performance. You will leave the course with a deeper understanding of testing expectations and a clear strategy for support, ready to be implemented in your classroom.
