About St. Philip's College

St. Philip’s College, founded in 1898, is a comprehensive, public community college whose mission is to provide a quality educational environment which stimulates leadership, personal growth and a lifelong appreciation for learning. We are the only college in the country that is designated as a Historically Black College/University and as a Hispanic Serving Institution. We embrace diversity through inclusion. The Academy for Professional and Personal Enrichment is part of the College's Division of Workforce Development and Continuing Education. The Division and the Academy are both committed to providing quality online learning opportunities to our community and beyond.
