Madonna University's Professional Development Program is offering graduate credit to participants in the SDE programs. Madonna University is fully accredited by both the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools and the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education. You may earn 1-6 semester hours of graduate credit (15 contact hours = 1 graduate credit) for attending SDE programs and completing a paper describing how you might apply the knowledge in your work position. These credits are non-degree graduate credits which are designed to be used to satisfy the requirements of certificate renewal and salary increase. The tuition is $150 per semester hour. For program specifics, or to register for graduate credit, please refer to our web site www.madonna.edu/pdp or call us at 734-432-5697.

EARN 1 or 2 GRADUATE LEVEL CREDITS
By completing an SDE/ed2Go online course you have the opportunity to earn one university credit or earn two university credits by completing the course and developing practical activities based on the course.
Brandman University, formerly known as Chapman University College, will award 1 or 2 semester hours of graduate level elective credit based upon successful completion of course requirements.
These credits are professional development units that are not part of a degree program but instead are primarily used for professional advancement (such as salary increment steps and recertification). Students should seek approval of appropriate district or college officials before enrolling in these courses to satisfy any degree, state credential, or local school district requirements. State licensing departments vary regarding their criteria for credit acceptance, and some states may not accept credit from universities that are located outside the state. Registrations for credit must be received within 30 days of completing the SDE/Ed2Go online course.
