Summer Children's Enrichment Programs
College for Kids
The College for Kids program is an educational enrichment program for children from kindergarten age to eighth grade. The courses are designed to provide students with unique and enjoyable educational, cultural and recreational activities, which are different in form and content from regular classroom activities.
Kids on Campus
Kids on Campus workshops are presented by SWIC and the Association for Bright Learners' Education (ABLE). This program offers different courses for students currently enrolled in grades K-8 who are certified to have scored at the 90th percentile on either a national achievement test (SRA, Iowa, etc.) or to be one and one-half year above grade level in current school work (certification is required at the time of registration). You child will have an opportunity to learn new ideas and acquire new skills in a college environment while making new friends.
