Our instructor-facilitated online courses are informative, fun, convenient, and highly interactive. You can take these non-degree courses without completing lengthy application forms or stressful placement testing and then attend class in the comfort of your own home or office on your own schedule.
Two lessons are released each week (one on Wednesday, one on Friday) for six weeks. Each lesson is accompanied by a short, multiple-choice quiz. You may take the quizzes as many times as you like. Some lessons may also include a hands-on assignment. The quiz for the first lesson needs to be completed within 7 days. After that you are generally expected to complete each quiz and assignment within two weeks from when the lesson is released. The course will conclude with a final exam. You will have two weeks from the day the final exam is released to complete your studies and submit the final exam.
The cost of most courses $70; a few are $99. Course credit is 24 hours or 2.4 Continuing Education Units (CEUs).

Enroll here (Step 1 below) and look for an email with further instructions to register online at Craven CC. This order makes the process smoother.
Step 1: Enroll at Ed2Go (this site) - Search or browse the course catalog on this site, find your chosen class and click on the [Add to Cart] button. Select your desired start date and complete your enrollment. The email & password in this checkout process will be used to access your course content. Look for an email to confirm your enrollment & provide further instructions.
Step 2: Register with Craven CC - Submit our eRegistration form (https://bit.ly/ccc-ed2go) as soon as possible after enrolling.
Step 3: Pay - Allow one business day after submitting your eRegistration to receive an email with specific payment instructions. Please pay within 3 business days or by the start date, whichever comes first:
- Online - Please allow one business day after you registered with us (Step 2 above). If you do not hear from us within one business day, call 252-638-0402 to find out the status of your registration. You need to enroll with Ed2Go AND register with Craven CC before payment can be accepted. Some users may experience a delay of one additional business day for a WebAdvisor user ID to be generated. (NOTE: the credentials used to make payment are different than those used to access your course content at the Ed2Go site.)
- By mail: Mail your check payable to Craven Community College, Attn E2G Student Accts, 800 College Court, New Bern, NC 28562. Please reply to the email from an "@cravencc.edu" email address that listed payment options to let us know to expect your check.
- In-Person: If you prefer and time permits, you may come to
the college. We can accept cash, check or credit card payments in New Bern
(109A Barker Building) and Havelock (Dr. Lewis Redd Building - due to renovations & COVID impact to staffing, please call 444-6001 for office hours). You need to enroll with Ed2Go and register with Craven CC before
payment can be accepted. We will be closed on Fridays 6/29-8/7.
Step 4: Attend - Submit Lesson 1 Quiz (not the pretest) by the first Tuesday to document attendance.
Late registrations/payments or failure to complete your quiz may result in interruption to course access and/or transfer to the next month's start date.
