Welcome!
Our instructor-facilitated online courses are informative, fun, convenient, and interactive. You can take these non-degree courses without completing lengthy application forms or stressful placement testing and then attend class in the comfort of your own home or office on your schedule. The cost of most courses is $70.
All classes start every month! Two lessons are released each week (one on Wednesday, one on Friday) for six weeks. Each lesson is accompanied by a short, multiple-choice quiz. You may take the quizzes as many times as you like. Most lessons include a hands-on assignment, supplementary material, and a discussion area to enrich your course experience. There is no requirement to be online/present at any specific time.
The quiz for the first lesson needs to be completed within 7 days. After that you are generally expected to complete each quiz and assignment within two weeks from when the lesson is released. The course will conclude with a final exam. You will have two weeks from the day the final exam is released to complete your course work and submit the final exam. While you have only one attempt to pass the exam, you do have the option to save, review, and even print your work prior to submitting.
Course credit is 24 hours or 2.4 Continuing Education Units (CEUs). Certificates of completion are available to print immediately upon scoring at least 65% on the final exam. Courses appear as Pass/Fail on Craven CC Continuing Education transcripts. If no exam is submitted or exam score is less than 65%, students are graded as a withdrawal versus fail.

Step 1: Enroll at Ed2Go (this site) - Search or browse the course catalog on this site, find your chosen class and click on the [Add to Cart] button. Select your desired start date (enrollment deadline is the session start date - late enrollments are moved to the next session). The email & password from this checkout process will be used to access your course content. Look for one email to confirm your enrollment & another to provide a Craven CC eRegistration link.
Step 2: Register with Craven CC - After enrolling, watch for two emails. The first one is an auto-reply sent by the system. The second one is sent by our staff and will include an eRegistration link and may not be sent until the next business day.
Step 3: Pay - Allow one business day after submitting your eRegistration to receive an email with specific payment instructions. Please pay within 3 business days or by the start date, whichever comes first:
- Online - Please allow one business day after you registered with us (Step 2 above). If you do not hear from us within one business day, call 252-638-0402 to find out the status of your registration. You need to enroll with Ed2Go AND register with Craven CC before payment can be accepted. New students and those who have not studied with us recently may experience a delay of one additional business day for a Panther ID user name to be generated. (NOTE: the credentials used to make payment are different than those used to access your course content at the Ed2Go site.)
- By mail: Mail your check payable to Craven Community College, Attn E2G Student Accts, 800 College Court, New Bern, NC 28562. Please reply to the email from an "@cravencc.edu" email address that listed payment options to let us know to expect your check.
- In-Person: If you prefer and time permits, you may come to
the college. We can accept cash, check or credit card payments in New Bern
(109A Barker Building) and Havelock (Dr. Lewis Redd Building). You need to enroll with Ed2Go and register with Craven CC before
payment can be accepted. Hours are M-Th 8a-5:30p; F 8a-12p (Summer M-Th 7:30a-5:30p; F=closed).
Step 4: Attend - Submit Lesson 1 Quiz (not the pretest) by the Tuesday following your start date to document attendance. Use the "My Classroom" link above to access your course/quiz. Your course will not be in Moodle but is at this website.
Late registrations/payments or failure to complete your quiz may result in interruption to course access and/or transfer to the following month's start date.

All information subject to revision per NC General Statutes and the rules and regulations of NC Community College System and Craven Community College. Our requirements supersede what Ed2Go may allow such as late enrollments.
Note: Craven CC limits our partnership to the 6-week instructor moderated courses with monthly start dates.
We currently do not offer Advanced Career Training or self-guided courses that may appear
in marketing emails received directly from Ed2Go.
