She teaches both onsite and online courses and has her CTT (Certified Technical Trainer) certification. Tracy specializes in teaching graphics, desktop publishing, web design, and reporting/productivity applications.

Microsoft PowerPoint 2013 Certification Training Requirements / Prerequisites

Students should be familiar with using a personal computer, mouse, and keyboard. They should be comfortable in a Windows environment, and have the ability to launch and close activities and navigate to information stored on the computer. They should also have an ability to manage files and folders.

This program can only be taken on a PC. It is not Mac compatible. It is compatible with Windows XP and later operating systems and you will need the latest version of Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, or Safari. We highly recommend that you use Firefox or Chrome in place of other web browsers. Adobe Flash Player and Adobe Acrobat Reader are required for this program and can be downloaded below.

No, this program cannot be taken on a Mac.

Do I have to buy additional materials?

All the materials you’ll need are included, and their cost will be covered by your tuition. The training program consists of manuals that are downloadable as PDFs within the lessons.

Can I register for programs if I am an international student?

Yes, because ed2go programs are online you never have to actually travel to the school. Most schools offer telephone or online registration.

What happens when I complete the program?

Upon successful completion of the program, you will be awarded a certificate of completion.

How long does it take to complete a program?

All of our programs are self-paced and open enrollment, so you can start them when you want and finish them at your own pace. When you register you receive six (6) months to complete this program.

Can I get financial assistance?

ed2go courses are non-credit courses, so they do not qualify for federal aid. In some states, vocational rehab or workforce development boards will pay for qualified students to take our courses. Additionally, some students may qualify for financial assistance when they enroll, if they meet certain requirements.
