Prerequisites:

There are no prerequisites for this course, but we recommend that you have experience working in a network environment. Individuals without 1-3 years of networking experience are advised to consider first completing a course like CompTIA Network+ or CompTIA A+ before taking the CCNA Certification Training course.

Hardware Requirements:

  • This course can be taken on either a PC or Mac.
  • Mac users are encouraged to have access to a Windows environment on their device.
  • All elements of the course, except the Online Lab System, are available on macOS.

Software Requirements:

  • PC: Windows 8 or later.
  • Mac: macOS 10.6 or later.
  • Browser: The latest version of Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox are preferred. Microsoft Edge and Safari are also compatible.
  • Adobe Acrobat Reader.
  • Software must be installed and fully operational before the course begins.
