- Build eight real business tools, each one deployed: productivity, marketing, finance, compliance, a grounded chatbot, operations automation, a sales CRM, and client operations
- Design data models, dashboards, and internal tools for non-technical business users, with the math computed in code and never invented by the model
- Ground AI on your own sources with citations, and build agentic workflows that classify, route, and draft with a human approval step
- Connect tools to real data sources (analytics, CRM, finance, and workplace systems) and deploy live with authentication

Instead, students will have access to various self-learning resources, including video materials, practice projects, e-books, and other materials available within the course modules. Although there is no direct interaction with an instructor, students can seek help from an industry expert by submitting questions via email.
