Week 1:

Get a taste of the powerful tools, strategies, systems, and solutions in this course that will help guide you toward discovering, creating, and implementing your heartfelt desires. Then address the first key toward happiness, which is letting go of the past. Learn strategies for how to cope with the stress and anxiety that change brings, and go over some tips you can use to guide you in establishing new boundaries and how to honor them.

Week 2:

Examine and evaluate the choices you've made in the past, particularly in regard to lifestyle, relationships, and career to see what worked, what didn't work, and what you would like to have happened. Then, get to know yourself as you get clear about who you are (your skills, aptitudes, gifts, talents, passions, desires, needs, and values) so you'll be able to strengthen your personal foundation and thus design a high-quality life.

Week 3:

Tap into your imagination faculties to start creating whatever your heart desires where you’ll discover how to separate yourself from the "mind-stuff" that keeps you blocked from achieving your dreams. Then learn how to set goals. You’ll learn what you need to do achieve your goals and them into realities.

Week 4:

Explore some tools and strategies you can use to help overcome your fears, and understand how to keep fear from preventing you from designing your life to be everything you want it to be. You’ll also focus on the idea that the people you spend time with need to support your well-being.

Week 5:

Learn the importance of humor and go over the steps to reducing the frustrations that develop from too much stress. You’ll also learn about the value of meditation, time management, and how to create your own health team. Then, you’ll explore the key to working happily.

Week 6:

Sometimes you need to find a new job in order to be happy, and there are things you can do to make the process more effective and increase the possibility you'll find the work you want. This lesson will assist you in this process. Finally, be inspired to get started now and live the life you were meant to be living!

When can I get started?

A new session of each course opens each month, allowing you to enroll whenever your busy schedule permits.

How does it work?

Once a course session starts, two lessons will be released each week for the six-week duration of your course. You will have access to all previously released lessons until the course ends.

How long do I have to complete each lesson?

The interactive discussion area for each lesson automatically closes two weeks after each lesson is released, so you’re encouraged to complete each lesson within two weeks of its release.

What if I need an extension?

The final exam will be released on the same day as the last lesson. Once the final exam has been released, you will have two weeks plus 10 days (24 days total) to complete the final and finish any remaining lessons in your course. No further extensions can be provided beyond these 10 days.
