Requirements
Prerequisites:
Although there are no prerequisites to enroll in the course, CompTIA recommends all A+ exam applicants having up to 12 months of hands-on experience in the lab or field before taking the certification exam. Additionally, you should have basic knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems—for example, how to power up and log on to a machine, how to use a mouse and keyboard, and basic Microsoft Windows navigation skills.
This course is for you if you're interested in pursuing a career in information technology, specifically related to PC technology. This course will prepare you obtain a CompTIA A+ Certification designation.

Hardware Requirements:
- This course can be taken on either a PC or Mac. Mac users are encouraged to have access to a Windows environment on their device.
Software Requirements:
- PC: Windows 8 or later.
- Mac: macOS 10.6 or later.
- Browser: The latest version of Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox are preferred. Microsoft Edge and Safari are also compatible.
- Adobe Acrobat Reader.
- Software must be installed and fully operational before the course begins.
